Clinic Policies & Frequently Asked Questions

  • In order to provide more individualized and personalized care, I do not accept insurance or handle insurance claims directly.

My private practice is not “in network” for any insurance plans. However, many insurance plans offer reimbursement for “out-of-network” providers, which may allow you to be reimbursed for services (depending on your plan).

I can provide established patients with a “SuperBill” that can be submitted to insurance companies for out of network reimbursement within 3 business days after the appointment.
